赵国刚

赵国刚:男,1974年出生,副教授,硕士生导师,河北农业大学“引进人才”。2004年获得中国科学院微生物研究所博士,美国University of Kentucky博士后。主持国家重点研发项目子课题、河北省归国留学人员择优资助项目(优秀类)、农业部重点实验室开放课题以及多项企业横向项目,在Molecular and Cellular BiologyInternational Journal of Biological MacromolecuesApplied Microbiology and Biotechnology, Journal of Biological ChemistryJournal of Clinical Investigation等主流期刊发表SCI论文14篇,申请国家发明专利3项,科技成果转化2项。

研究方向:

1. 酶工程及生物制药:开发酶资源,制备抗病毒,抗癌症和心血管疾病的手性药物;利用合成生物学,构建细胞工厂,生产药物、食品、化妆品组分和大宗化工产品。

2. 农业资源开发及利用:侧重于几丁质资源的开发,基因编辑改造目标菌株,构建高效表达的基因工程菌株,生产高附加值产品。

3. 人类重大疾病相关的分子机制:研究癌症以及心血管病的发生,发展和治疗的分子机制。
